As our two children, Ted and Heather, were getting older, Sharon and I arrived in Devon in the fall of 2002 on a search for a smaller community to fully retire in. The opportunities and potential were obvious and what we had been looking for: recreational activities for myself and the opportunity for Sharon to engage with the United Church Women which had been a been a huge part of her life. COVID-19 vaccine providers in Lancaster County are facing unique challenges brought on by the pandemic as they race to inoculate the population.
Theyâve worked out how to coordinate vaccination clinics while keeping social distancing and other mitigation efforts to reduce the spread of the virus.
