Facebook Share CLEVELAND, Ohio An state Ohio agency on Thursday awarded nearly $4.5 million in historic preservation tax credits for a project that involves a Brecksville-based mortgage lender redeveloping several buildings along Superior Avenue in downtown Cleveland to build the company’s new home. CrossCountry Mortgage plans to provide workspace for 500 people in the six-acre site in the 2100 block of Superior Avenue, with room to grow to up to 750 employees. CEO Ron Leonhardt Jr. has talked about the move from the suburbs to the city for some time.
