By: Staff Reporter Niagara County District Attorney Brian Seaman announced that two Adolescent Offenders, as well as an adult, Jonathan Frey, were arraigned today on an Indictment in Niagara County Youth Part by the Honorable Diane Vitello. The defendants were charged in relation to the October 17, 2020 shooting in Lockport that resulted in injuries to five young people and the death of Cheyenne Farewell. Each of the two youths were charged with Murder in the Second Degree, multiple counts of Assault in the First Degree and Assault in the Second Degree, Reckless Endangerment, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon charges. ....
