Five South Dakota political scientists among group calling for removal of President Trump

A letter calling for the “immediate” removal from office of President Trump has been signed by hundreds of political scientists, including five from South Dakota universities.
The open letter written on Wednesday said the political scientists are calling on the U.S. Congress, Vice President Mike Pence, and the Cabinet to immediately remove President Donald J. Trump from office through the impeachment process or by invoking the 25th Amendment.
The letter has been signed by David L Wiltse, an associate professor, of South Dakota State University; Julia Hellwege, an assistant professor, of the University of South Dakota; Timothy Schorn, associate professor, USD; Ed Gerrish, assistant professor of public administration, USD; and Matthew Moen, professor emeritus at USD.  ....
