Lake Oswego ducks snatched from construction site coop June 05 2021 Lola and Brooke, both live ducks, were taken from their habitat on Kruse Way, Boones Ferry Road June 1 and 2. Two live ducks were stolen from their habitat at the Mercato Grove development on Kruse Way and Boones Ferry Road this week. The development, known to many as Mercantile Village, is located on six acres and consists of 206 apartments, parking and 49,000 square feet of retail space. There are four Rouen ducks in a fenced habitat on the property, and Tuesday evening, June 1, Lola the duck was stolen. The next night, Brooke, a second duck, was reported stolen. ....
