FULTON, Miss. (WTVA) - The Mississippi Main Street Association (MMSA) designated Itawamba County as an official Mississippi Main Street community.
The designation was made official on Wednesday.
WTVA reporter Chelsea Brown was in Fulton and spoke with the mayors of Fulton, Tremont and Mantachie about the achievement.

The MMSA aims to improve local Main Streets and communities, as well as attract new businesses.
