Spring 2022 finish eyed for 21-unit Porter Village Lofts On-site work is underway on a residential project in East Nashville near the busy Riverside Drive and Porter Road intersection. Porter Village Lofts will include two buildings, each standing three floors. One building will offer 18 residences, with the other to feature three. The address is 1507 Porter Road. The two buildings will sit at the entrance to an existing development accessed via Porter Village Circle.
