Indiana County President Judge Thomas Bianco has scheduled Plea Court this afternoon for 28-year-old Clifford Camut Jr., a former West Wheatfield Township man who is facing five criminal cases. Camut already pleaded guilty to charges in each case, but withdrew those pleas in February, prior to his sentencing.
In all, he will plead today to possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and of drug paraphernalia, and public drunkenness in one case; possession of a controlled substance and of drug paraphernalia in another; attempted theft, possession of an instrument of crime, criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct in another; attempted burglary, theft, possession of an instrument of crime, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and loitering and prowling at night in yet another; and finally, to possession of a controlled substance and no

A number of defendants are scheduled for Plea Court at the Indiana County Courthouse today, including one man who was involved in a two-day crime spree in Indiana and White Township last year.
20-year-old Spencer Hayes of Philadelphia will plead to multiple charges of robbery, conspiracy to robbery, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, theft, receiving stolen property, resisting arrest, fleeing or eluding an officer, and numerous traffic offenses.
Hayes was involved with two other men whose cases are also in the court system. The three men are accused of forcibly entering a home on Center Street, strip-searching a man and woman and stealing their cell phones and a small amount of drug-related items, and then crashing a stolen car during a police pursuit the next day.

In Indiana County Court today, there are a number of proceedings on the docket, including jury selection for two trials.
A jury will be chosen for the trial of 48-year-old Monte McMasters of Indiana, who is charged with a felony firearms violation, along with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats, harassment, disorderly conduct, and summary public drunkenness.
A jury will also be chosen for a theft case against 50-year-old Cyndi K-P Patz of Marion Center.
There are two petitions for relief to be considered today before Judge Michael Clark. 61-year-old Raymond Wayne Parks is appealing his sentences in two DUI cases.

Indiana County Court will be busy today, with Judges William Martin and Thomas Bianco conducting Plea Court for a number of defendants.
President Judge Martin will hold Plea Court for five defendants:
19-year-old Trevor Ole Day of Homer City, who is charged with felony possession with intent to deliver, misdemeanor possession, and two traffic offenses.
27-year-old Sultan Saad M. Aloyaydi of Indiana, who is charged with two counts of driving under the influence, accidents involving death or injury, accidents involving damaged vehicle or property, and five summary traffic offenses. In a second case, he will plead to charges of obstructing the administration of law, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness.
