In Indiana County Court today, there are a number of proceedings on the docket, including jury selection for two trials.
A jury will be chosen for the trial of 48-year-old Monte McMasters of Indiana, who is charged with a felony firearms violation, along with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats, harassment, disorderly conduct, and summary public drunkenness.
A jury will also be chosen for a theft case against 50-year-old Cyndi K-P Patz of Marion Center.
There are two petitions for relief to be considered today before Judge Michael Clark. 61-year-old Raymond Wayne Parks is appealing his sentences in two DUI cases. ....
