Updated: 6:18 PM EDT Jul 13, 2021 The livery driver who fatally struck a 19-month-old boy in Chelsea is being cited for driving with a suspended license, according to police.The Chelsea Police Department confirmed that it issued the citation on Tuesday, three days after the crash.The Massachusetts State Police said the deadly crash happened just before noon Saturday in the area of 74 Bellingham St. and involved a livery vehicle, a Toyota CH-R, that had just picked up a passenger. Chelsea Police Chief Brian Kyes tweeted Saturday that the victim suffered severe head trauma and was in critical condition when he was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston by Cataldo Ambulance personnel.
