Partnership over cemetery clean-up 'takes two parties to tango'

In the report provided to council, it was stated that cemetery volunteers had been asked to partner with the council through it’s “Adopt a Spot” programme, which involves community groups, schools and individuals who “agree to enhance and take care of an area of Council land”.
