Imagine a world in which there are two types of people: the “certified vaccinated” who, as the name implies, received a COVID vaccination, and those who didn’t.
The latter is a highly COVID-diverse class: People who have no reason to think they had COVID, people who don’t know whether they had it, and people who did have it as evidenced by hospitalization, positive test, or other medical diagnosis. What these people have in common is that they declined vaccination, or just have not gotten it yet.
The certified vaccinated class, on the other hand, is just as disease diverse, but they got the shot; more importantly, this class is growing like the murder rate in Portland.

I didn t say that very artfully [Tuesday], said McConnell at a stop in Paducah on Wednesday. They re certainly entitled to be involved in politics. They are. My principal complaint is they didn t read the darn bill.
This is a change from his statements on Tuesday when he said it s quite stupid for companies to jump in the middle of a highly controversial issue. Stay out of politics, McConnell said on Tuesday. It s not what you re designed for.

Last week, commissioner Rob Manfred pulled the Midsummer Classic from Atlanta in the wake of Georgia’s recently-passed voting rights law.
On Tuesday, MLB formally announced the game is heading to Coors Field in Denver, Colo.
That move didn’t sit well with former President Donald Trump, who talked about the decision Tuesday to Newsmax and called for fans to join him in boycotting baseball.
“I’m just not very interested in baseball for the last number of years. I think it’s not appropriate.
