(Riverton, WY) – High Plains Power, along with funds matched by both Basin Electric Cooperative and CoBank, donated $15,000 to the Boys & Girls Club of Central Wyoming. This donation was made in honor of the late Hearley Dockham, a longtime board member. In May of 2021, the High Plains Board of Directors authorized a donation as a way to help establish the Boys & Girls Club of Riverton which is scheduled to open on August 23rd.
