Mr. Speaker, Lieutenant Governor sanford, distinguished members of the 67th Legislative Assembly, chief Justice Jensen and justice of the Supreme Court, fellow elected leaders, tribal leaders, cabinet members, first lady kathryn, children joe, jessie and tom, family and friends and all fellow citizens of north dakota welcome and thank you for joining us today whether it is online, over the airwaves, in person, or across the hall in the Senate Chamber work as kathryn and and i arrio the capital today, it was wonderful to see at one bustling about exciting for the session to begin. Seeing all these bright familiar faces, i was overcome with a sense of warmth and i turned to kathryn and i said hey, im really feeling the warmth today. Its like radiating from all the people, the energy from everywhere. S
