As vaccination rates across the state and the city of Berkeley continue to increase, Berkeley High School partnered with the city to announce a free COVID-19 vaccine clinic Monday. The clinic, located in the Martin Luther King Jr. Civic Center Park across from Berkeley High, will be open from May 11-14 between 10:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., according to a Berkeley High E-Tree message. While no appointment is required, people ages 16 and older can sign up to receive a vaccine at bit.ly/bhs-free-vax, the message added. Those younger than 18 years old will need permission from a parent or guardian in the form of a signed consent form, a phone call made at the site or being physically accompanied by a parent or guardian. Health insurance and ID will not be required, according to the message. ....
