Priceline enlists Samantha Jade for fundraising campaign via Humann Communications + Banter

Priceline Pharmacy has announced its major fundraising campaign for 2021 via Humann Communications and Banter, as it celebrates 10 years of the Priceline Sisterhood Foundation.
 
Fronted by ARIA Award-winning singer-songwriter Samantha Jade, the “Support Our Sisters” campaign calls on Australians to head into their local Priceline Pharmacy store between 1 – 26 July, and round up their purchase to help raise money and awareness for the Priceline Sisterhood Foundation.
Point-of-sale marketing and a consumer-led robust PR campaign will encourage customers to take part in the campaign by lending their stories and lyrics in-store about what Sisterhood means to them, providing inspiration for Samantha Jade to write a special ‘Sister Song’. The lyrics will be displayed in Priceline Pharmacy front windows across Australia for customers to read and be inspired by. ....

Historic $2.3 billion National Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Plan

The Morrison Government is continuing to guarantee essential services by investing $2.3 billion in the National Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Plan to lead landmark reform in mental health support and treatment for Australians in need.
Based on the principles of Prevention, Compassion and Care, the Plan will invest $1.4 billion in high quality and person-centred treatment, which includes the development of a national network of mental health treatment centres for adults, youth and children through the Head to Health and headspace programs.
Mental health and suicide prevention are key priorities for the Morrison Government in keeping Australians safe and a central feature of Australia’s Long-Term National Health Plan. ....

$354 million to support health and wellbeing of Australia's women

The Morrison Government is investing $353.9 million over the next four years as part of the 2021-22 Budget to support women’s health, including funding for cervical and breast cancer, endometriosis and reproductive health.
This significant investment builds on our Government’s commitment to implementing the five priority areas of the National Women’s Health Strategy 2020-2030 and improving long term health outcomes for women and girls.
Key investment measures include:
$100.4 million for improvements to cervical and breast cancer screening programs which will help detect these life-threatening cancers earlier, improving survival rates. ....
