PITTSBURGH – Penn Hills and its police department claim they are not responsible for alleged excessive force and battery injuries suffered by one member of a Pittsburgh couple, when the defendants responded to a domestic complaint.
Barbara Ann Thompkins and Eric Klavon of Pittsburgh first filed suit in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania on March 9 versus the Municipality Of Penn Hills and Penn Hills Police Department of Pittsburgh, plus Officer Alyssa Finnigan and SPC David Klobucher of Allegheny County.

PITTSBURGH – A Pittsburgh natural gas company avers that it was not negligent and did not fail to turn off the gas supply to a Penn Hills building, which a lawsuit brought against it charges exacerbated the effect of a structure fire which took place at the property.

Pennsylvania man accused of sending explicit photo to missing woman's family, report says

A Pennsylvania man was charged Monday with corruption of minors after he allegedly sent an explicit photo of a missing woman to her family, a report said.
WPXI, citing court papers, reported that Michael Manno allegedly sent an exposed selfie of him with Kaylene Oehling to her 17-year-old sister. The report said the photo was believed to have been taken prior to the girl’s disappearance, but the family told the station that it is not the first time that Manno sent similar photos.
One of the woman’s uncles told the station that the photo is is like a taunt. ....
