Minister for Foreign Affairs of Sweden, Ann LINDE, deposited today, in the presence of the Council of Europe Secretary General, Marija Pejčinović Burić, the instrument of ratification for :
The Convention on Cybercrime (ETS 185), well known as the Budapest Convention
The Additional Protocol to the Convention on Cybercrime, concerning the criminalization of acts of a racist and xenophobic nature committed through computer systems (ETS 189)
With the ratification by Sweden, 66 States are now Parties to the Convention and a further 11 have signed it or been invited to accede. ....
