A severe snowstorm impacted parts of the country Wednesday into Thursday, and in Pennsylvania, meteorologists said it was the biggest storm in the last few years.
In a typical December, Pennsylvanians can expect anywhere between 5 to 8 inches of snow, according to state Meteorologist Jeff Jumper. But like many things with 2020, this isn t a normal December. In some spots, we re predicting over 18 inches to 2 feet of snow, Jumper said. This could be the biggest storm in two to three years.
Beaver County saw up to 8 inches in Monaca and Rochester. A little over 5 inches was reported in Ohioville, 6.8 inches in Aliquippa and 6.5 inches in Beaver.
