Peggy Higman is a fitness instructor, and a mom of three, from Dakota Dunes, South Dakota. But this year she s trying to be even more than that. This year, she is competing to be Ms. Health and Fitness 2021. It is a competition put on by Muscle and Fitness magazine for the chance at $20,000 and the cover of HERS magazine. So it s a nationwide search, I think it starts out with a couple of thousand people, and now I think we re down to 100 plus. So they don t really tell you, so I don t really know. I just know in my category in the quarterfinals, I am number three right now, said Higman.
