Public facilities district approves $1.4 million for South Kitsap raceway project Christian Vosler, Kitsap Sun The Kitsap Public Facilities District board of directors on Monday approved an agreement with the Port of Bremerton to fund the final design of Circuit of the Northwest’s proposed South Kitsap raceway project.
