Two Florida cousins are facing murder charges in connection with the ambush killing of a 17-year-old marijuana dealer in a Polk County park earlier this week, according to authorities.
Sheriff Grady Judd told local media that at least four people were involved in the slaying of Taigur Taguri in Gordon Heights Park Monday night, FOX 13 reported. POLK COUNTY A Fort Meade resident was arrested Monday on a charge of stealing solar lights from the grave site of one of the victims of a triple killing in Frostproof.
The Polk County Sheriff s Office said Kevin John Wheeler, 45, was arrested on charges of removing a monument and petit theft.
According to a Polk County Sherriff s Office press release, the lights were stolen from the grave of Damion Tillman at the Evergreen Cemetery in Fort Meade. Tillman, 23, was gunned down along with friends Brandon Rollins, 28, and Keven Springfield, 30, on July 17 within minutes of meeting at Frostproof’s Lake Streety for some night fishing. Tony “T.J.” Wiggins, 26, was charged with first-degree murder in the slayings, and prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.

FORT MEADE, Fla. - Polk County deputies arrested a Fort Meade man for removing solar lights at the gravesite for one of the three men murdered last year in Frostproof during a fishing trip, officials said.
Officials said the parents of Damion Tillman reported the theft on Jan. 13, which occurred at the Evergreen Cemetery in Fort Meade. The 23-year-old, along with 30-year-old Keven Springfield and 27-year-old Brandon Rollins.
After the theft of the solar lights, Roy and Elizabeth Tillman placed a game surveillance camera at the gravesite. On Jan. 25, around 11:15 p.m., the surveillance footage showed an individual at Damion’s gravesite, removing the lights.
