ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. Pasquotank County s sheriff says his deputies will no longer provide assistance during protests in Elizabeth City.
On April 21, Pasquotank deputies shot and killed Andrew Brown Junior while serving a warrant. The district attorney has decided not to charge the deputies.
