NORRISTOWN â A Norristown woman will face a trial on charges she helped a murder suspect flee to Florida and tampered with evidence during the borough homicide investigation. Asia Marie Jackson, 18, of the 200 block of Minor Street, waived her formal arraignment hearing in Montgomery County Court on charges of hindering apprehension or prosecution and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence in connection with alleged incidents that occurred in April. A judge will now schedule a pretrial conference in the case and set a trial date. Jackson remains free on bail pending her next court appearance.
