Exxaro Tiles IPO to open on Aug 4; price band set at Rs 118-120 SECTIONS Last Updated: Jul 30, 2021, 01:50 PM IST Share Synopsis Exxaro Tiles and its shareholders plan to raise Rs 161 crore from investors at a price band of Rs 118-120. Agencies NEW DELHI: The initial public offer (IPO) of Exxaro Tiles, Gujarat-based manufacturer of vitrified tiles, will open for public bidding on August 4 and close on Friday. The price band for the offer has been decided at Rs 118-120 per equity share. Under the IPO, the company will issue 111,86,000 equity shares and one of its shareholders will sell 2,238,000 shares. The company proposes to utilize net proceeds from the fresh issue towards payment of borrowings and funding its working capital requirements besides utilizing it for general corporate purposes. ....
Vadodara: M S University’s Faculty of Science will conduct entrance exams for admission in first year bachelor of science (BSc) and masters of science (MSc) courses next month. The entrance exams will be conducted online for all MSc courses, BSc environment science, bachelor of computer applications (BCA) and cell and molecular biology (CMB). The mock tests for undergraduate courses including BCA, environment science and CMB will be held on August 17 and August 18. Admission to BSc (honours) in botany, chemistry, geography, geology, maths, microbiology, physics, statistics and zoology, both regular and higher payment courses, will be merit-based. For admission in BSc environment science, BCA, CMB, BSc (honours) at Faculty of Science and M K Amin College at Padra August 9 is the last date of application. “Those students whose results are not declared so far can also apply for all the entrance exam based admissions,” a faculty official said. ....
