THE Lake District National Park Authority (LDNPA) has issued a reminder that it is operating a traffic light system at its car parks. The public can find out how busy car parks are via a list on the authority s website. Car parks are given a red (busy), amber (fairly busy), green (not very busy) or black (closed) rating to help people plan their journeys accordingly.
