The four mandates are: biweekly case rates remain in the green zone for four weeks; Valley County vaccine uptake for 16+ years of age reaches at least 65%; Valley County test positivity percentage remains below 5%; at least one dose of vaccine for 65+ across the Central District Health region reaches 75%.
