Persatuan Pendidikan dan Kebajikan Jaringan Nelayan Pantai Malaysia (Jaring) secretary Azrilnizam Omar (pic) said they received complaints regarding proposals of such ponds at mangrove swamp land owned by the Perak State Agricultural Development Corporation.
