Delaware News Journal The community is rallying around the family of late Delmar Police Department Cpl. Keith Heacook with multiple events. Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Kylan Barn in Delmar, volunteers will apply a blue line to back windshields in tribute to Heacook. It s free but donations will be accepted, which will go to the Heacook family. A limited amount of stickers featuring Heacook s badge number will be available, as well. Tents will be set up in case of rain. Food from Mission Barbecue will be available and DJ Kopec will play live. The event is being hosted by The Blue Line Network, a nonprofit that provides support and resources to first responders and their families. ....
