Man who claimed he stole for Christmas presents is jailed again
According to the Arrest Warrant:
On Dec. 14, Noah Leverett and another male suspect went to Dillard’s in Sikes Senter, selected numerous Polo clothing items, some still on the hanger, and walked out of the store without paying. An employee tried to stop them, but they got into a car and left. The estimated total for the Polo merchandise was $1,631.48.
A warrant was issued and Wichita Falls Police arrested Leverett Wednesday.
According to a previous Times Record News report, Leverett was also arrested on Dec. 24 after police were sent to Kohl’s department store for a theft complaint. Witnesses saw two men running from the store carrying clothes.

WICHITA FALLS, Texas (TNN) - A Wichita Falls man is in jail after police say he stole more than $1,300 in clothes.
Police say it happened on Friday at the Kohlâs on Call Field Rd.
Officers were called out to the area and were informed that two men were running down Call Field Rd. with clothes in their arms.
An officer was able to locate Noah Leverett in the parking lot of an apartment complex on Faith Rd.
