Man who claimed he stole for Christmas presents is jailed again
According to the Arrest Warrant:
On Dec. 14, Noah Leverett and another male suspect went to Dillard’s in Sikes Senter, selected numerous Polo clothing items, some still on the hanger, and walked out of the store without paying. An employee tried to stop them, but they got into a car and left. The estimated total for the Polo merchandise was $1,631.48.
A warrant was issued and Wichita Falls Police arrested Leverett Wednesday.
According to a previous Times Record News report, Leverett was also arrested on Dec. 24 after police were sent to Kohl’s department store for a theft complaint. Witnesses saw two men running from the store carrying clothes.
