Maryann Bath, although we canât imagine a world without her in it, went peacefully home to be with her Heavenly Father surrounded by her children Monday, Aug. 2, 2021. She was the loving wife of the late Edward Bath Sr. and the adored mother of daughters, Cheryl Golushka (Ed), Ida Pace (Ken) and son, Edward Bath Jr. (Lisa). Her purpose on Earth was to be a mother to all, but her greatest joys were the gifts of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by nine grandchildren, Andrew, James (Karey) and Steven (Danielle) Kovitch; Eddie and Bella Golushka; David and Cindy Pace; Sarah and Grace Bath. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, Karly, Owen, Lucas and Kaleb Kovitch; Gabriel and Juliana Beal. The love she held for each of them was evident just at the mention of their names! Mom was born in 1937, the eldest child to the late John Reedy Sr. and Naomi Mitchell Reedy. ....

She also, for a fee, plucks ducks clean. And, in her spare time, she runs the local museum, a folksy repository of many things St. Charles. Tucked into a back corner of the museum, which shares space with the Town Hall, is an exhibit featuring the Depression-era Civilian Conservation Corps. It chronicles the construction work done by the young, dollar-a-day men of Company 1741 and Company 3791 who helped create a national wildlife refuge from the bottomlands of the White River. ....

Naomi House & Jacksplace has launched Run 4 Respite, encouraging supporters to run 105 miles in the month of March, and raise £105 – which is enough to fund five hours-worth of vital specialist care. The event has been backed by renowned Great Britain long distance runner, Naomi Mitchell, and sponsored by building services engineers, the Royston Group. GB long distance runner and friend to the charity, Naomi, will be supporting the charity event by taking part and promoting it to her followers.
