Children’s nurse Sophie O’Toole is taking part in Run 4 Respite A NURSE at Southampton Childrens Hospital will run 105 miles in March to support Naomi House & Jacksplace. Sophie O Toole will be taking part in the hospices virtual distance challenge Run 4 Respite to raise vital funds to help the charity continue to support local life limited and life threatened children, young adults and their families. The virtual event encourages supporters to run, walk or jog 105 miles in the month of March and raise £105 for 5 hours of care. Sophie, a long term supporter of the charity, said: “As a nurse at Southampton Children’s Hospital, Naomi House & Jacksplace has always had a place in my heart. My first experience there was as a student. I spent the summer learning all about the services they offer and supporting the children.
