How a Prize car became a prized car #Longish post alert After lurking around the forum for a year or so and two failed attempts at membership, the third attempt was succesful just in time for my 40th birthday. I wrote a post in Introductions sub-forum about my past cars and had mentioned about my current car which was won in a prize. Some kind members evinced interest and hence this post. I have two cars - A 2009 Santro Xing (red) and a 2019 Santro (the prize car in question) and this thread is about the two cars. I have ran away twice from my license tests at RTO in my younger days, after developing cold feet and nearly ruining my a few family member s cars in the meantime. Cut to 2007 when I was doing my PhD in Mumbai when I finally got my license at a ripe age of 27. Having got a job I finally mustered up courage to buy a car and enter the 2009 Santro Xing. This after test driving a Zen Estillo and Alto. The car became my primary ride and has taken me to Daman, ....

Mark Twain Landing & Splash Landing have SOLD, will become Yogi Bear s Jellystone Park. The Mark Twain Landing is no longer, in a lengthy post on their Facebook page over the weekend they broke the news that they have sold, and will become Yogi Bear s Jellystone Park. In the Facebook post (to read the entire post click here!) they say. We are excited to announce that Great Escapes RV Resorts has purchased Mark Twain Landing and Splash Landing and are looking forward to the 2021 season! We are also excited to announce that we will be opening as a Yogi Bear s Jellystone Park and have many upgrades and improvements planned for the season.Brochures will be sent out shortly to let you know what is happening and stay tuned to Facebook for updates! ....
MONROE CITY, Mo. â Say goodbye to the Mark Twain Landing Turtle and hello to Yogi Bear. The venerable and aging Mark Twain Landing Park and Splash Station waterpark, located south of Monroe City on the outskirts of Mark Twain Lake, were purchased in December by Great Escapes RV Resorts. The park has been renamed Mark Twain Lake Jellystone Park. Great Escape owns two other branded Jellystone Parks in Texas and Pennsylvania. Great Escapes, which is owned by the Jenkins Organization based in Houston, Texas, is spending $3 million to improve and upgrade the park, said Robin Severson, who moved in December from Colorado Springs, Colo., to manage the park. ....
