Wow – We Found Sound is celebrating 17 years! That is 680 Sunday Rehearsals, 32 Large Productions, 128 performances (Approx.4 performances per Production), 32 chaotic performance weeks, 7 studio locations, and over 300 kids have been a part of the WFS family. Hours and Hours of choreography, creative planning, prop building, set design, bookwork, script writing, program and ticket designing, light/sound set up and the list goes on….….
It all started in the summer of 2004, when two friends decide to start a show choir. We wanted to give kids an opportunity to dance, sing and shine all while helping them build their self-confidence on the stage. WFS was built from the ground up, we spent a lot of time and energy forming WFS into what it is today. Our Christmas Productions feature a strong Christian message about the true meaning of Christmas. We have always enjoyed featuring Christian music at our shows. AMHERST Robert S. Feldman says he and his wife would have preferred to remain anonymous, but the advantages of letting people know about their gift outweighed the quality of humility.
“We were ambivalent about making our names public, but we were encouraged to let other people know this happened. It might serve as an example that would cause others to donate, too,” Feldman said after he and his wife, Katherine E. Vorwerk, committed $1.225 million to the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. ....
