Traffic Police launches drive against unruly two & four-wheelers Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, July 13: In order to curb the menace of traffic violations, Traffic Police City Jammu launched drive against unruly two and four-wheelers. The drive was launched under the supervisions of Dr Koshal Kumar Sharma, SSP Traffic City Jammu along with Pardeep Singh ASP Traffic, Shivali Kotwal DySP (T) North, Sunil Singh DySP (T) South, Neeraj Paddyar DySP (T) City Rural, DTIs and SOTs. Besides, a number of vehicles have been booked under various visible offences like without crash helmets, safety belts, jumping traffic lights, use of mobile phones while driving, triple ridings, over speeding etc. in which innocent human lives are directly involved. ....

Traffic Police launches special drive against visible offences Traffic Police launches special drive against visible offences Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, June 9: In order ensure effective traffic management system and hassle free vehicular movements, Traffic Police City Jammu launched a special drive against visible offences like without crash helmets, safety belts, over speed, rash and negligent driving, wrongly parked vehicles, etc. “The main objective of the special drives was to aware the transporters, drivers and general public regarding the traffic rules and regulations”, said Dr Koshal Sharma, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Traffic City Jammu and further added that the people should follows the traffic rules and regulations for their own safety as well as for the safety of others. ....
