DELPHOS Jefferson High school hosted a Career Day on May 6.
The day started with the freshmen showcasing their 10-year plan. They created poster boards, portfolios and resumes to present to during mock interviews. These mock interviews were conducted by area organization/businessmen and women and community leaders.
Following the mock interviews, the whole school participated in a Career Fair featuring 25 businesses and keynote speakers Karen Grothouse and Krendl. LANSING, MI - Recently, the United States Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service (USDA-NRCS) announced that a multi-state conservation program led by Indiana and including the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development as a key partner received $7,780,799 to protect natural resources, enhance soil health, improve water quality, and support landowners in the Western Lake Erin Basin (WLEB) region. This is a tremendous opportunity to expand and accelerate the work our states have been doing to preserve and protect our fresh water, which has been a top priority of Governor Whitmer s administration since day one, said

It is my honor and privilege, as the Mayor of the City of Delphos,
Ohio, to give the 2021 State of the City. This is required by Ohio
Revised Code Section 733.41 and is given at the first council meeting of
the new year.
