Rashmi Shiradkar, a 40-year
entrepreneur and founder of Manifest Mantras, was born and brought up in Aurangabad. She always wanted to pursue a career in the software industry, and her parents supported her decision, which helped her in becoming a Computer Science graduate. She further completed her
Masters in Computer Management from
Pune University.
She started her career in big MNCs, which put her on a journey of personal transformation. She became a confident woman from a shy girl. Shiradkar recalls how she took part in personality development training sessions in the corporate sector. Remembering her childhood, Shiradkar says how she was an extremely shy girl since childhood and was always afraid of public speaking. She could not even give presentations during her college days due to her shy nature. ....

3 of gas each year, ranking it as one of the of 20 global gas producers. Around a quarter of this gas is exported, primarily to China, while the rest is consumed domestically. Though Uzbekistan’s basins are mature, new investors continue to enter the country, and a number of new projects are in the pipeline. ....
