She started her career in big MNCs, which put her on a journey of personal transformation. She became a confident woman from a shy girl. Shiradkar recalls how she took part in personality development training sessions in the corporate sector. Remembering her childhood, Shiradkar says how she was an extremely shy girl since childhood and was always afraid of public speaking.
