Coordinated by the Duluth branch of the NAACP, the event is free and open to the public from noon to 1:30 p-m. This year’s theme is “Our Rising Voices-A Call for Bold Social Action” and is centered around Dr. King’s final book that was published after his death in 1968. The book “Where Do We Go From Here: Chaos or Community” outlines his plans, thoughts and dreams for America’s future. ....
