Looking at the Seaport now, it’s hard to believe that just over a decade ago, it was a stretch of unpaved parking lots and docks that seemed like the set of a seedy Ben Affleck and Matt Damon movie. The giant venue clocking in at 26,000 square feet will have four mini golf courses. The courses use technology that keeps score for players, because this is 2021 and who wants to count their own swings? For food, there’s a mashup of global influences; the Atlanta menu has dishes like chorizo and cheese empanadas; poutine; Maryland crab dip; barbecue pulled pork sandwiches; flatbreads; and skillet cookies. For drinks, there ....
