We look at wildfire smoke, there is been, shown to be an increase in respiratory problems. Meaning bronchitis, potentially pneumonia, etc. , but not, not, the other things have not been shown meaning an increase in an increase in mortality due to cardiovascular effects. The jury is still out on those, the research is mixed on those endpoints.
