Organized at the request of the Government, the seminar provided an opportunity to discuss the IAEA s comments on the revisions proposed to the 2005 Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage Law (No. 12-0202). The meeting also provided an opportunity to discuss Decree No 2-05-1560 of 21 April 2006, which implements the Law. ....
