IIT Kanpur organizes LEAP 2021 in New Delhi

Lucknow, UP: In its endeavour to groom more leaders within academicians, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur is currently hosting the Leadership for Academicians Program (LEAP) in New Delhi this year.
The two-week training program followed by a week- long training at Oxford University, UK for 30 potential academic administrators, began on 19th February 2021 and will conclude on 4th March 2021.This program focuses on up-skilling second tier academic heads who are likely to assume leadership roles in the future. It helps in honing the skill of academic governance in these future leaders by conducting various activities aimed at developing skills like problem – solving, building team work, coping with complex situations, financial and administrational challenges, communication skills as well as conflict management.
