Amrapali’s 52 units completed by NBCC in Noida and Greater Noida up for sale
The residential units include five villas and 27 penthouses and six commercial properties with prices ranging from around Rs 64 lakh to Rs 2.04 crore; applications open until March 10
The Supreme Court has been hearing the Amrapali matter every Monday.
As many as 52 units, 46 of them residential and six commercial, spread across Amrapali projects in Noida and Greater Noida, are up for sale, sources told Moneycontrol.
The units have been completed by the state-run company NBCC tasked by the Supreme Court to complete the pending works. The amount expected to be realised from the sale of these units is around Rs 56 crore, they said. ....

These units, which include villas and penthouses, are in Noida and Greater Noida. The price has not been decided yet but the 37 residential units are likely to be sold for Rs 40 to 45 crore.
The amount would cover a total of 6,973 units
As many as 43 units, 37 of them residential and six commercial, spread across Amrapali projects in Noida and Greater Noida will go on sale soon, officials of NBCC, the state-run company tasked by the Supreme Court to complete the pending works, have told Moneycontrol.
The court had in 2019 asked the government’s construction arm to finish and deliver 38,159 flats by 2023 after several homebuyers sought its intervention, complaining about years of delay in handing over of their homes. ....

Over 5k pending Amrapali flats up for grabs | Noida News

NOIDA: State-run construction company NBCC has put up for sale over 5,000 unsold flats at various Amrapali projects in Noida and Greater Noida to help generate revenue for completing the different pending projects of the real estate group in the twin cities.
The sale of 5,229 unsold flats will be conducted by Amrapali Stalled Projects Investments Reconstruction Establishment (ASPIRE), a company floated by NBCC to complete the pending Amrapali projects, under the supervision of the Supreme Court-appointed court receiver. And the sale date is expected to be announced through the website of the court receiver www.receiveramrapali.in and nbccindia.com, TOI has learnt. ....

JPA hears revised proposal for four story, mixed-use building at 632-638 Centre St. – Jamaica Plain Gazette

The Jamaica Pond Association (JPA) met virtually on January 4, where members heard an updated proposal for the development at 632-638 Centre St.
The project originally came before the JPA in June 2018, after which the group opposed it, but updates have been made to the project since then and JPA Chair Rosemary Jones thought it would be helpful for folks to learn about the proposed changes, which were made as a result of community feedback from various neighborhood organizations and committees and Councilor Matt O’Malley.
The project was also recently before the Housing and Development Committee of the Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Council, which made further suggestions for changes to the project. ....
