Gwede Mantashe.
NATIONAL NEWS - African National Congress (ANC) national chairperson and former secretary-general Gwede Mantashe on Wednesday admitted to the Commission of Inquiry into Allegations of State Capture that the governing party has encouraged individuals to apply for judicial positions.
