Daly To Rejoin Carlin for Texas Oval Doubleheader By INDYCAR | Published: Apr 26, 2021 Conor Daly will rejoin Carlin to drive the team s No. 59 Chevrolet this weekend in the Genesys 300 and XPEL 375 at the Texas Motor Speedway. Indiana native Daly, 29, is sharing driving duties of the team s car for the third consecutive season in Texas before Max Chilton returns for the GMR Grand Prix on May 14 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Daly enjoyed a strong result last season with Carlin at Texas Motor Speedway, finishing sixth. The Genesys 300 starts at 7 p.m. (ET) Saturday, May 1, and the XPEL 375 starts at 5 p.m. Sunday, May 2 on the high-banked oval at TMS. Both races will be broadcast live on NBCSN and the INDYCAR Radio Network. ....
Ticktum transfers to Carlin for 2021 F2 campaign Date published: January 27 2021 Dan Ticktum has switched to the Carlin team for his second year in the Formula 2 Championship, joining Jehan Daruvala in their line-up. Ticktum, a former Red Bull junior driver, recorded one victory and three more podium finishes in his first full F2 campaign last year with DAMS, finishing 11th overall in the standings. After appearing for Carlin in the post-season test in Bahrain last month, Ticktum has now been announced by the team in their 2021 line-up. “I’m really looking forward to the season ahead and working with Carlin this year,” said the 21-year-old Londoner, quoted by Autosport. ....
