Ingram Micro Cloud has launched a marketplace-as-a-service(MaaS) for its resellers to enable them to establish online retail portals.
The services will provide resellers a platform where they can launch their own customisable marketplaces at a small cost, with benefits like automation and scale to boost growth.
Ingram Micro Cloud director Trent Gomersall called the platform essentially a mirror of the full Ingram Micro Cloud online marketplace.
“This is one of the world’s largest marketplaces of cloud solutions and services for the channel business,” Gomersall said.
“It’s proven in territories around the world including Australia and now we’re putting it into the hands of our resellers so they can accelerate their online operations.”
Dubber, the Australia-based unified call recording and voice AI vendor, has launched its platform on the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace.
Ingram said the cloud-based call recording that Dubber’s platform offers is a “rapidly-growing” market spurred partly by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Demand has also been specifically driven by the increase in hybrid and work from home arrangements, as well as regulatory requirements and digital transformation within organisations.
“With Dubber, our Australian channel partners and resellers have access to an in-demand solution particularly for the contact centre and customer relations industries, but also for any business looking to gain more value from voice communications,” Ingram Micro director of cloud Trent Gomersall said.

Australian partners and resellers now have access to solutions from cloud-based call recording and voice artificial intelligence (AI) solution provider Dubber via the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace.
According to the distributor, the agreement covers unified call recording and AI-powered real-time search, alerts, transcription and sentiment analysis.
Additionally, the Australian listed vendor is also offering Ingram Micro channel partners and resellers incentives, marketing support, as well as dedicated channel training and sales assistance.

Ingram Micro Cloud has confirmed it is now distributing a full range of Amazon Web Services cloud services to its reseller network in Australia and New Zealand.
Ingram Micro Cloud announced its global Strategic Collaboration Agreement with AWS in March this year. One of the central aims of the agreement is to drive the geographic reach and footprint of AWS and its partners globally.
Within this global expansion, Ingram Micro Cloud is now delivering a complete portfolio of AWS cloud services to resellers in Australia and New Zealand, as part of a series of authorisations in 2021.
