BUFFALO, N.Y. On Tuesday, the Buffalo Common Council passed a resolution asking the mayor s administration to consider a pause on the school zone camera program.
Three Buffalo Common Council members, President Darius Pridgen, Rasheed Wyatt, and Joe Feroleto had written a resolution requesting the commissioner of parking and the mayor of the City of Buffalo to consider a pause on the execution of the contract between the city and Sensys Gatso. ....

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW-TV) â Buffalo Common Council President Darius Pridgen said the number of complaints to councilmembers about the school zone camera demonstration project continues to grow.
Among the complaints, said Pridgen, are people upset with getting duplicate tickets, an inability to reach anyone when calling to question charges or schedule a hearing, the $50 cost per ticket, beacons not working, and concerns that the cameras are on when schools are off. ....

BUFFALO, N.Y. The Trico Building redevelopment has been a heavily debated project for at least a decade.
This was a project I was very hesitant about, from the beginning, said Buffalo City Council President Darius Pridgen.
Despite lawmaker s reservations, preservationist skepticism, the Trico Building development, The Krog Group, announced plans to redevelop the dilapidating landmark in 2016.
At the time, Krog received over $3 million in tax incentives towards the $75 to $90 million redevelopment. Peter Krog told Buffalo Business First in 2016 that the developer hoped to complete the project by summer 2018. ....
