Chad Salsman, the former Bradford County District Attorney in Pennsylvania who pleaded guilty to promoting prostitution and obstruction of justice charges, will spend up to five years in a state prison. The sentencing Friday in Bradford County Court came after Salsman pleaded guilty in May to a felony count of promoting prostitution, along with misdemeanor counts of intimidation of victims and obstruction of justice. Salsman will spend at least 1½ years behind bars, followed by 72 months of supervised release whenever he gets out of prison.
